Patients are intentionally limited in order to give out patient the time they need and deserve with same day guaranteed appointments via telephone, email, virtual visit, in-clinic visit, work visit, house visit, or hospital/rehab visit.

Yes, we can treat minor problems if you are traveling through telephone, email, or virtual visits while your travel within the United States and send prescriptions to your nearest pharmacy. However, call 911 if you have a life threatening emergency, then call us. With the exception of controlled medications, most prescriptions can be ordered anywhere within the USA. if you do have an emergency, we recommend you notify us so we can speak with the treating physician and continue continuity of care.

Smaller practice sizes , by not using insurance for clinic visits, always more devoted time to each patients care and individual needs. Appointments are same day, visits are longer and our communication does not end when the appointment is over. You can call anytime your doctor directly if any questions or concerns needed to be reemphasized.

If you would like to have a non-medical consultation with a physician to see if this practice is a good fit for you , please make an appointment.

In the unfortunate event of hospitalization, we will remain involved in your care. We will visit you in the hospital on your day of admission, or the day you notify us that you are there, to speak with your hospital doctor and be an advocate in your care while hospitalized. We will stay up to date with you daily during your hospitalization, and provide a visit after discharge to ensure your symptoms have fully resolved.

You will be seen by one of our Elite Medical Concierge Physicians when your own physician is unavailable. We do not have nurse practitioners or physician assistants in our practice for your healthcare.

By not taking insurance for your office visits, we can spend more quality time with the patient and eliminate the current “15-minute time slots” per patient you see at your general practitioner’s. We ensure that our physicians are at most a 300-patient panel (non-concierge physicians have a 3000-patient panel, hence why it takes forever to get an appointment), which is what allows us SAME-DAY appointments guaranteed with your physician.

We take every insurance, however, we do not submit any claims to medicare that are done within our clinic as this is all covered by your monthly fee.

Medical concierge fees are considered tax deductible medical expenses as long as an individual utilizes the physicians services within the specified tab year and the fee amounts go toward actual healthcare services, such as routine physical exams, which are provided. In many instances, the annual fee is payable through your HSA. However, we encourage you to consult with your FSA/HSA plan administrator, employer, or tax advisor to clarify qualifications in your particular circumstance. 

Your annual fee to Elite Concierge medicine pays for services done inside the clinic only. Any services not performed in our office will be billed by the performing physician or entity.

You can contact us 24/7 if you have an non urgent problem or if you are unsure of the urgency of your problem, however if you feel that you have a life threatening emergency then call 911 immediately.

We are able to provide referrals just as your traditional physician would. We have many specialist that we have direct communications with to arrange your care in a timely manner.
